Yes it should. Your top tier ground balance opinions are pretty questionable.

Keep in mind that the M1A2s only got the reload buff because the SEPv2 was such a dogshit addition compared to the 2A7V and Strv 122s. If they had added the SEPv3 instead the top tier Abrams would have still had a 6 second reload.

Sorry, but this is the most ridiculous and dumb comparison I’ve seen in a while.

You are free to believe that the SEPv2 is a 2A7/122 counterpart even if it’s incorrect.
