The 30mm that requires flanking, which the Namer can’t do since it’s one of the slowest vehicles at top tier.
Have you ever even checked the Bradley? That thing has a 600 HP engine with the same weight. The Namers have an abyssmal 18.6 HP/ton, the M3A3 20,1 HP/ton and the Hunter around 24 HP/ton.

I wonder how they will go about implementing it if they’ll go with what’s known to have been used on the airframe or what was clearly planned for if it went into production.
Hopefully it will have it’s planned equipment otherwise it will just get a gun, 2 x AIM-9L, and no flares.
Also if we will see the twin seat F-16XL-2 at some point as well.

The F-16XL could carry twice the ordnance of the F-16A and deliver it 50% farther. The enlarged wing and strengthened hardpoints allowed for a highly configurable payload:
16× 1,000 pounds (450 kg) wing hardpoints
5× 2,000 pounds (910 kg) wing hardpoints
4× semi-recessed AIM-120 AMRAAM stations under fuselage
2× wingtip stations
1× centerline station
2× wing “heavy/wet” stations
2× chin LANTIRN stations
For export, OTO Melara wanted to attract as many buyers as possible with as many platforms as possible.
Unfortunately only the Palmaria and the OF-40 Mk1 and mk2 were successful

Yes that’s what was planned. During testing the only live ordnance it carried was the 1000lbs bombs, AGM-65’s, and AIM-9Ls. It did carry mockup AMRAAMs on the belly pylons but never had live ones during the testing but those were part of it’s planned equipment if it had won against the F-15E.

They still aren’t the same things those 35mm oerlikon were on everything including many turrets they weren’t just gepards

Time to stop the grind for the Ariete AMV and focus solely on this one.
Now let’s patiently wait for the italian PzH 2000 to come out of the files…
