I don’t think it will be an F16V, because the US doesn’t even have one. I think it will be some kind of F16 Block 50.
Because every Rumour thread has someone pinging him about it.
Despite him explaining MANY times the Official stance that Gaijin WILL NOT add it, along the the multiple reasons why.

Does Taiwan even operate block 50? Besides that F-16V and F-16CM PoBIT would be identical (except for CFT) so I don’t see any reason for them to not add it
No block 20’s back in the day and now block 70’s

I honestly don’t know, but it would be weird to add Block 70 to China and not give it to the US.
hopefully its not the F16V its a waste of resources to add such a plane just look at the block 52 as to why what hopefully is coming soon is F15EX literally all we can get that maybe can compete with 14.7
