They said it would be OP if it worked exactly like it did in real life. They have added limitations for balance, you can only do it for 1 munition at a time and you need line of sight with the munition
Ive not used them in GRB, but whenever Ive run them in ARB/ASB and used them against the MBTs there theyve worked, I think they might just be a bit dodgy with the server or something in GRB

to be fair the eft doesnt get its full 20 in game though which makes me suspect it will be at most limited to 16
