Man-in-the-Loop: Guidance Mode for Munitions with TV and IR Seekers

F-18C and E/F also have it, although idk why you would want to use it over AGM-84H

For now…

Nope, only later Walleyes had MITL

Which would be ridiculous if that was the case

I mean considering you need LOS to guide the weapon and you can’t ground lock with tanks, it doesn’t seem that crazy

DL capability should exist as low as ~9.0 with the A-4E with the AWW-9 & Walleye ERDL
A-4E & ERDL

A-4M & ERDL

It should also have three channels.

Tactically, the two-aircraft operation dominates because of the limited number of available pods. For example, a one-pod configured aircraft monitors the weapon control functions for several individual weapon launchings during one mission (not simultaneously). The three frequency channels (A, C, and E) are used to control the individual weapons launchings

NLOS ATGMs are gonna be the final nail in the coffin for GRB lol

Why even leave your spawn when you can spam missiles across the map

The poor french one that still only has 8 of them aswell

Explain to me how that would be possible please

NLOS means non-Line-of-Sight

Their entire purpose is to be fired and guided from behind cover

Okay, explain to me how that would be possible in ground battles

By introducing MITL Spikes

The one chance we had to have Spikes finally behave correctly, sadge.

i must’ve misremembered

Damn.
Not for Walleyes then?
Tragic.
( A-7E will remain irrelevant, powercrept garbage then)

And please explain how this would be possible

A-7E is still very much a good aircraft

It’s usable but not good.
There’s better options from its own tree at the same BR

Such as?

With the A7E, you are basically guaranteed 5 kills per spawn
