Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

It could also be NOMAD or Leo 2RI

Smin said there was 2 blogs today, both mentioned in the CM post with 1 being teased and the other being directly mentioned.

First one was the Spitfire Float and the other will most likely be the Washington B.1 since it was directly mentioned in the post.

huh fair I didnt know the Washington B.1 was directly mentioned in the CM

It’s quickly name dropped

huh so it is, i didnt even know they did this

I’m curious what that other british plane is that “loves high altitudes”

welkin…

oh right forgot about that, oh well not to much for me I really dont like props so eh cool tho wonder if the Washington B.1 will get any of the big bombs

hey at least ww2 enjoyers in the british tree are eating well this update lol

Hopefully there will be more news on M-346/Yak-130

honestly my only real hope for the update is some kinda mid to high tier tank for the UK thats about it lol

Could be worse

It could be Nigel that was AI generated

Yeaah, Planes aren’t really my jam so I’m not super hyped, but I’m sure someone is gonna love the Welkin.

Hopefully Indonesia brings the Scorpion 90 to both trees :cope:
It’d be a solid 8.3 epically if they give it the APFSDS

The floating Spitfire is a cool little thing, even if it is (yet) another event… But I’m hopeful. Maybe we’ll eventually get the Dewoitine HD 780 Floatplane ! With 200% more inverted gullwings !

I am extremely stupid when it comes to these event things. Does this mean I have to play about 20-25 games if I average out 1,200-1,500 a mission?

Yep (Maybe less due to multipliers)

The AIM-120C-8 is far from identical to the AIM-120D.

According to the DoD, when exporting 120C-8s and 120Ds:

AIM-120C-8 to AIM-120D

In other words, the 120C-8 LACKS:

  • 2-way DL
  • GNSS
  • the removed HOBS limit
  • enhanced A-to-M position handoff
