trailers don’t come at all because we expect a teaser
and not because Smin said anything but rather because Historically this or next week was the Statistically most likely point in time for a Teaser

@TheKnightOfZero @Smin1080p_WT Just saw this one pop up, and I hope this year the vehicle roster for the first event is fixed.
Previous iterations of the “Battle of Midway” in the Pages of History event consistently lacked the F2A-3 Buffalo, SB2U-3 Vindicator, TBF-1 Avenger, B-17E Flying Fortress, B-26 Marauder, and PBY-5 and PBY-5A Catalina, all of which drew blood during the event.
the 4035x1932 hair follicle on smins manly totally not balding beard twitched at 6:32PM last major which was 20 minutes before the release. and i just sensed it twitch again so trailer in 20 mins guys

I just finished dinner—it was braised pork today.

I guess it’s in humans’ nature to attempt to define predictable patterns :P
I believe there’s obviously a pattern to follow here, but I find it unwise to attempt to pinpoint EXACT dates.
Rather, I count with a ±7 day margin; to me, the patterns are a rough estimate to have a notion, NOT something to get mad over not being 1:1 accurate!

There is always a general pattern of the rough month / quarter an update will fall into.
It gets a bit silly however when people are saying a trailer MUST come by X date or the update MUST come by Y date when there is no such rule. We have our own internal dates.
At that point its nothing but self hyped cope only to later be disappointed for no good reason.

Yep!
It’s only natural in art and development to have a schedule with orientative intended release windows, but it would be unwise to set specific dates on stone; because, sometimes, things may take a little longer to flesh out, sometimes unexpected issues may arise, etc; and windows allow margins to deal with that.
