The spreadsheet your refering too is not offical. There are no set “rules” on dates something must come by in terms of teasers.

Original plan is for 2 to be restored as museum pieces and one to be made airworthy but yeah if the parts aren’t available there’s a chance for them to salvage the others to get one flyable.

Pretty much so long as the parts are available. IIRC they aren’t allowed to manufacture any components so it limits them to just what they can salvage.
