if the golden eagle can use mrml on the inner wing racks, then its only fair to assume the ex can too, and possibly even on the outer racks
The pylons of the Su-30SM are operational on the Su-35S, we only know that afaik. On the others examples idk

Oh absolutely. The outer racks are known for sure, and the inner can be deduced from the GE. So 16 is pretty certain
