Not having ESA is a disadvantage, but it’s not too substantial. I’d say giving the F-16I the Aim-120D wouldn’t be the worst long term decision, but for the Ra’am it just might be, given the F-15I+ will likely manifest before the end of the decade along with the F-15IA. The Sufa will likely get an upgrade too at some point, but we have nothing on it yet which is why I say it’s the best bet.

Not having ESA isn’t too dangerous. Gaijoob seem incapable of adding a somewhat realistic ESA. They are just faster MSAs right now.

I’m not saying it should be TT, but saying it will be event as an objective fact is misleading and has been proven incorrect through many, bad, or prototype vehicles being put in tech trees without reason.
