we used 250 Fouga Magister 170-1 Standard production aircraft as the first Jet powered Airborne system from 1957-1969 with the Flugschule Süd at Landsberg Airbase
188 of those were build by Messerschmitt while it was still it’s own company btw.
that makes Germany the second largest user of this Airframe by a Longshot
we’re also responsible for many Third world nations and Aircraft clubs getting them because we sold them as Surplus for 1DM
