Well that was in 2025, so we only have the first half of 2026 ruled out.
I’m not against 5th gen soon because the sooner we run out of top tier jets the sooner we get more lower tier content

This makes complete sense, I don’t understand why it appears to be so hard to grasp by some.
If I had to guess, we may see F-35s first.
They have stealth technology and all; but their flight performance is actually quite close to many fighters already ingame.
As far as I know, comparable to a Super Hornet or F-16, and worse than an Eurofighter.
On the other hand, F-22’s flight performance is simply outworldly by comparison. Therefore, it makes sense that it’s not among the first 5th gen fighters we would be seeing.
