Not really… there are suggestions passed since 2017+ yet not implemented (like regenerative steering); and some suggestions are announced days after the suggestions have been made (because they were being worked on already and it was just a coincidence).
Like… Iowa, Bismarck, etc, were suggested even before Battleships were a thing as well, lol.
