No it isn’t. The drawings for F-16AJ in General Dynamics’ Executive Summary document all have the relevant changes for fitting APG-66 that were found on the 1976 F-16 Full Scale Demonstrator that went on to be F-16A Block 1. The first FSD (75-0745) was in construction when GD submitted the F-16 to Japan for consideration for the 1975 FX program, and was their basis for the planned F-16AJ - not YF-16.
YF-16 was the company flight test prototype for the Light Weight Fighter competition, and lacked a number of basic requirements that the USAF wanted on the eventual LWF service aircraft. It was quite a lot smaller than the FSD (shorter and a smaller wing area), so weighed less, but consequently by 1975/1976 was no longer representative of what the F-16 was intended to be.
The only aspect of the YF-16 that F-16J proposal maintained over FSD/F-16A, was the idea for AIM-7 launchers on the landing gear door. And that was simply because the AIM-7 provision wasn’t properly developed for the FSD, as the USAF didn’t want F-16 to have Sparrows. However the USAF still required that it have provisions for two radar-guided missiles, and GD capitalised on that for their submission to Japan.

Again it didn’t exist, it’s fictional the vehicle wasn’t made it’s based on a prototype that doesn’t even match the prototype it shouldn’t have been added to the game.
