It could be, or it could be something else too. We have seen very little of the update so far.
Last year multiple vehicles from the 2025 teaser arrived in the first update… I think we might see a similar situation here. I’m betting we’ll also get either the Palmaria or Hummel, maybe even both.

No, I would like to see both Romania and Hungary as equal subtrees at this point, Hungary’s provided some nice gapfillers, but it would be cool to see more options and interesting stuff, unfortunately Hungary doesn’t have many ingenious designs/modifications apart from WW2 and keeping it as a single subtree would only flood TT with even more copypaste (some can be necessary though like IS-2) and in some important areas (like jets for example) a very small variety compared to other TTs with multiple subtrees.
Also talking about Yugoslavia it’s already a multinational TT with a lot of potential stuff to add, Bulgary can add some gapfillers, but Romania would be excessive imo.
