Is there anything that could be added to F-15C line with 120D is next update? If i am not mistake F-15EX would be added in bomber line and I think forgot to grind bomber line
unlikely, unless we get a F-15 RMP which would bassically be a 2nd golden eagle

If F-15EX with AIM-120D is added next patch to 14.7, which of the currently existing 14.7s will the F-15EX be better than?

It’s not about what I want, it’s about where its going. Doesn’t matter to me. Who ever gets it gets it, AFAIK Indonesia is sub-tree for Japan TT. Quite excited for some of those vehicles, mostly KF-21 but the other stuff Gaijin can add are cool too.

We all know that gajin makes their own versions of missiles tho
I would rather they spend their dev resources on something actually interesting instead of 4 almost the same F-15Es.
Especially for US ground.
As others have said it completely depends on the 120Ds performance. The F15EX is not capeable of outperforming the competition in speed, manouverability or radar. It has the chance of competing for third place with the Typhoons though if it turns out that the 120D has far better off bore capabilities, which is the main weekness of all AMRAAM planes.

yeah, pretty much. It’s just a shot in the dark to hope that these missiles will get a decent boost in performance.
I am not quite that delusional yet XD. Personally just hoping it will be better than B/C5

iirc the Ds have the same smaller Fins as C5 do so it’ll probably perform just as bad as it
