Only interesting non meta leopard for germany in my opinion is an upgraded 2a4 with hull addon, so 2 SG, ATD or Revolution

Singapore is commonwealth and they operate Leos. Germany is the home of Canadian Leos, so Britain would get a Singaporean Leopard instead

Once again, Britain will get some commonwealth vehicles. That does not and has never meant Britain will get vehicles from all commonwealth nations.

I’m not saying Britain should get Singaporean vehicles anyways, just that if Britain gets a Leo (which seems very likely judging by Gaijins love for premium Leos) it would have to be Singaporean rather than Canadian
