Japan could have gotten the Chu-SAM, but that would have required some actual work, so they got the sub-par ARH Tan-SAM instead
and the Apache will be able to carry 16 FnF AGM-179
that are 16 free kills they dont have to work for
oh yeah if they give them ir but i just have a feeling they wont
AH-60 already fills that role and has gone relatively low on complaints so far
Base 179 are FnF only in MMW. 179B, so MR gets NIR. That means JAGM will 95% be SAL.
now compare their stats in Simulator
Fair enough, but that’s really not an issue with Indonesia or India, it’s an issue with Gaijins priorities.
We’re seeing this a lot in many areas of the game, even extending to major nations.
one of the main modes of the JAGM is SAL i fully expect it to only come in only SAL
not to mention the havoc also has that system to basically make any none SACLOS SAMS useless
i dont think gaijin would even bother with adding them if they are just SAL
but we will just wait and see
Could also have to do with the low amount of people playing Israel. Someone looked at the numbers statshark has and Israel makes up ~2% of the battles played.
iirc the country tag at the beginning just refers to the tree it’s in, not anything about the vehicle, and only applies to ground vehicles.
The easiest way to see this is to either go to the wiki page link or create a userskin.

As happy and thankful as I am for the Sky Sabre, that other content just pushes more interesting stuff out of the way again.
Yes, other stuff is in the works and this doesn’t delay said stuff, but with every additional vehicle that didn’t need to be added the possibility of things being denied due to the volume of things already in the tree gets more and more likely…
If they add IR, that would mean they made up the missile. Would not be the first one this update.
A whole 8km range lol
Well thats a figure shared by nearly every other nation’s AGMs, I don’t see the problem
does JAGM have proxy fuse? I think the FAHW Brimstone did as it was said to be capable of dealing with aircraft as well
Should do, alongside nearly every other modern NATO AGM, the brimstone and hellfire K are missing theirs iirc
I think it does, but dont quote me on it.
