Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

The thing is, the British tree is called Great Britain, the “Russian” tree is called USSR

yes exactly. and the commonwealth realms are specific British colonies that still see the crown as their king. They are quite literally, still apart of the British in that sense, they were given power for their own governing bodies but the crown still oversee them.

uuh, kinda the opposite bud, Thailand was allies with Japan for most of the war, leading to a military co-operation agreement and joint invasions into Burma, today called Myanmar. The invasion was mostly Thailand at the time having an incredibly useless government and Japan being Japan and demanding things yesterday.

Can we ditch the rah rah empire bs? Canada and Australia are legally recognised as independent countries by the UK government, and have fully autonomous Governments, Legislative branches, and Courts. The crown does the square root of nothing. To imply such is disingenuous and simply incorrect.

Yes and on the flipside the USSR includes nations like the Ukraine, meaning that Ukrainian (or any other USSR members) vehicles should realistically go into the USSR tree.

If the tree was just called Russia this would be different, but it’s not called Russia, it’s called USSR.

For the BUSK the new era is good up to 30mm, the new package also has jammers and LWR, and FNF tow missiles. Very clear big difference. You know whats not different. The m55, same rounds in game alrdy, no armor, plays the same and adds nothing new.

For the LAV america has 0 wheeled auto cannon tanks so that in itself would be unique.

Thailand quite literally got invaded by Japan in 1941 lmao. Although it was an 8 hour long invasion it was still very much an invasion and you can very easily see why you wouldn’t want to fight imperial Japan when you’re a small nation.

I’m not RAHHH EMPIRE RAHHH. I’m just simply saying it as it is and YES, again, Australia, New Zealand, Canada are ALL independant nations with their own governing power but that does not change the fact that they still see the British crown as their king. That is literally what distinguishes us being a commonwealth realm from commonwealth nations such as South Africa, India, etc.

What?
We don’t have any 203.2mm guns in the game currently and the M55 isn’t even related to the M44. It actually has some armor compared to the M44 as well

what I was saying there was just, if Ukraine had the Oplot during its time within the USSR, then yes it should get it. when it became its own nation then its whatever. It still only makes sense to go to the USSR because it has no other relations with other countries.

In what way would it play differently? What new tech or feature does it add?? Does it have a laser rangefinder like the pzh2000? no? so why add it. Just more useless howits.

“Good up to 30mm” Gaijin - thats about 30mm of ke protection. Please dont get our hopes up man, i dont want to see another poor sod led on.

Even russian media has clamed its good up to THERE 30mm cannons, at least it will add armor. Bmps and btrs cant just lol pen bradleys if its added.

we have literal chobum on our desert warrior, the engine does more to protect the tank lol.

We have yet to see as we don’t know the stats Gaijin is giving it ingame. A starting point would be having a turret with much less limited traverse compared to the basically casemated M44.

203.2mm guns?

LRFs on SPHs aren’t a good thing, they make the gameplay worse, not better.

Judging by how many people are complaining about getting killed by SPHs I find it hard to believe that they would be useless.

also speaking of howitzers and how “theyre all the same”
we need the Sexton, M110, and the Priest. I think I’m forgetting one or two others

Even if it’s just post-2022 Ukraine and any domestic stuff after that.
