My favourite thing about research grind is that on some planes like the F.3 late you have to research Skyflashes to be able to research the ability to carry 4 AMRAAMs

Actually i’ve been quite enjoying the F3 Late since the BR change. Still want BOL fixes and Phimat pods though
Need to play it in ASB at some point as well with the new brackets. But ive got no motivation to touch ASB at the moment

I’ve had more fun with the F.3 late than with the FA.2 and the Gripen
Haven’t even unlocked the Typhoon because I don’t like the FM
You see, i barely have fun in the mirage 2k and shar at 12.7 and 13.0. I cannot see myself enjoying the tonka at a br where your basically sub sonic compared to everything you face.
I cant comment on the M2K. but definetly more fun than the FA2. Which is a real shame, because the FA2 should have been quite a fun underdog aircraft, but is just sad.
Did quite a bit of the event in the F3 and GR4 and after the BR change for the last token, quite a bit in the F3 late
Same, i do not like the jets that REQUIRE the cobra button to do good in dog fights as it feels like activating full real controls with how little the rudder is utilized, plus the radar is straight trash. The shar on the other hand, you take that back (it struggles but it tries its best man).
If only Gaijin would finally work on decompression…

Could really do with the TMC + BOL combo at some point as well, and then full strength BOL & Harriers
Don’t get me wrong, I love the FA.2 and was having some fun with it, it just wasn’t as enjoyable as the F.3 to me
Like decompressing planes in ground so I don’t have to face 14.3 planes in a 12.0 aa

Ive had a real laugh destroying things I had no buissness even trying to fight in the GR4 recently. That is an aircraft I just want to see buffed up loads.
Only Gaijin could think that squishing 13.0-14.0 planes down to 12.7 so they “fit” into the top GRB bracket would be a good idea

Give it late brimstones so it can be an su 39 and head on people with it.
Yep. Precisely what I want for it. Proper Brimstones would be so much fun in ARB/ASB and precisely the buff I think it needs to keep its “effeciency” high enough to justify the BR. You can run PGMs for a little AI farming, but they are heavy and rather hit and miss when it actually comes to killing AI vehicles.
So instead of 2x PGM-2000s + 5x Mk13s. I could run 6-9 Brimstones + 5x Mk13s for far more AI kills, for a fraction of the weight. Maybe also 2x ALARM ontop of that in the future and then finally replace the Mk13s with BL755s
and them gaining a prox fuse certainly wont be an issue with the Brimstone 2 on-wards I beleive :P (though I wouldnt have an issue with the GR4 sticking the Brimstone 1s, if they had any form of FnF)
why would they go anywhere else? They’re SAAF operated aircraft, ZA is a UK subtree, I just don’t think they’re particularly “necessary” at the BRs they’d come in at, thus Ive got less to say about them.
I mean that’s more Gaijin adding 5 Meteors across 3 BRs, and anyway they could easily make room by foldering the Swifts or the Venom and Vampire.
+ RU has 20 aircraft at Rank 5, the 20th coming last update, so that’s clearly not super important. (Counting everything at rank V, including removed and event/premium)

Of course they would only ever go to the British tree, I would be mad if they left the F1AZ out though, doesn’t matter that we have that BR range covered
The F1AZ is a pretty important aircraft for the SAAF (similar to how important the seemingly inevitable Su-30MKI is for India)

what? these countries are apart of an active association and the ones I’m suggesting to go to the UK are directly linked to the country as they are commonwealth realms and not commonwealth nations.
comparing them to an ex soviet union country and Thailand which got invaded during ww2 is a terrible comparison.
and on the topic of active association. if Ukraine had the Oplot during being apart of the soviet union. then yes they should get it.
