Its arguably worse than blueprint vehicles in terms of realism. Most blueprint vehicles could realistically be built by their respective industries, but weren’t afforded the time or funding for them to be made. Meanwhile the Soviets industry was given 11 years and were completely unable to make rolled cemented armor thick enough for her planned armor scheme. I think physically possible, but not started is much more realistic than started but literally impossible to be made by their respective industry.
The rules around naval additions has always been catering for additions to Russia. The game mode was made coastal only in the beginning because Russia didn’t have the blue water designs to compete with everyone else until people complained enough to get blue water added, but Gaijin added the “laid down rule”. Designs like Montana and A-150 are likely going to get shafted despite being much more realistic designs for their industries because they didn’t have demented high command who would lay down any ship regardless of if the ships could be built.

I’m thinking it’ll be Nelson. She’d sell better than a Revenge and won’t be too difficult to copy-paste.
I just wonder what they’ll do for the US now. Probably West Virginia or Maryland to keep all the premium ships on roughly the same level.

So now that we are getting the Big Boys for Blue Water in WT…you think we could start to see dedicated Missile boats next year maybe??? Or sooner???
I suppose that’s true, but I figure the potential rewards from Nelson, or possibly even Queen Elizabeth would make them more likely. Or as you feared in a previous post, they might even surprise us with a King George.
Of course I’ve been wrong before. I figured that nobody in their right mind would make Japans 3rd (or 1st depending on potential BR changes) best BB a premium, but here we are. Or will be in about 4 months I suppose.

After HMS Iron duke being a kinda meh Premium for us and the fact we have never gotten a Premium heavy. I would personally be surprised if we got a really good top tier premium BB

Iron duke is okay. The most survivable premium battleship though little weaker firepower than Yamashiro.
You have to see Arkansas/Nassau/Da Vinci/Courbet then look again Iron duke. Then you could see beauty

Dedicated AShM 's on ships doesn’t seem to be this year, but more ships w/ anti-aircraft missiles operating on IR or SACLOS principles could come anytime in my estimation.
All we can do is wait and see I suppose. Unfortunately unless they surprise us with more premium ships this update we’ll have to wait ~4 more months at the minimum to find out.
It was more the ultra obvious choice. They could have picked anything but of course they picked the Jutland Flagship
