hopefully we get new tanks for most nations, like leclerc XLR, 2a8/2a7a1 and a properly modeled & up to date challenger 3
Germany and Sweden should be the last nations to get new MBTs though.

sure but as far as i know the 2a8/2a7a1 doesnt really change much from the 2a7 minus the aps which iirc (may be wrong) the radars weaken the armor slightly
Just a note, one of those was never made and several of those either had no weapons or had almost no weapons
The 2A7A1 lacks the reinforced hull armor from 2A7V but has an APS. The 2A8 has both and a bunch of electronics upgrades as well, tho I don’t know if those would matter in war thunder at all. There’s also some talk that the A8 has further improved internal hull armor, but given that the 2A7V in game still uses 2A5 internal armor that won’t matter

2a8 get a lws that the 2a7a1 lack, i think
it’s just lazy, it’s simpler to just add more than change the whole armor
when they need to make a D armor pack leopard without additional armor, they will make it.
Thing is, half of the nations in game don’t even have a counterpart to the 2A7V/Strv 122s yet.
If we get the 2A7A1 without hull add on than it would be fine though. And Sweden should just not get a new MBT full stop for the next year or so.
