Hypothetically, if Spyder were added, is the ability to intercept munitions limited to Radar guided’s like Derby, or could an IR like Python do it too?
the IR Python-5 can do that too imagine that it can lock onto tiny drones and shoot them down with no problem a munition with the caliber of the KH-38 should be even easier budd.

Which Iowa class should be the premium of the bunch? Personally I think Wisconsin since the rest have cooler history/are more famous
I think an N.Col or S.Dak would make a pretty cool US prem.
Not the namesake of course, but Washington / Indiana or something.

How about none of them? Should all be in the tree with Washington or South Dakota being premiums instead. Or Indiana, nobody remembers Indy.

Oh I agree but look at Gaijin with the US and premiums. They can’t get enough of top tier US premiums, so I’m curious as to which of the 4 Iowa’s people would rather have as the premium

The EO optics lock both Python and Derby to the target. For self guidance the ARH seeker of the Derby is used ofc

I think she would still be too broken. Some of the best armour ingame with the best guns ingame and radar and AA is taking the mick to be honest. It’s just unreasonable.
Hope to see Bismarck if the UK get supercharges for Vanguard and a NoCal and a SoDak, also a Littorio and a Richelieu. Priorities wise though Germany and Japan can wait (and the UK also could have).
Littorio, NoCal and Richelieu should be the priorities, particularly as all 3 have pretty glaring flaws.
Luckily for it, it has Derby’s that can. Might as well carry a full loadout of I-Derby/Derby’s anyways.

Hm, something doesn’t seem right here.
The Japanese 16" with a 25 second reload is nutty. The only thing balancing it out imho is the armour. I hate the way the game progression has been…Nagato would be a pain in the ass to pen, would out-reload you, wouldn’t really be sinkable by aircraft either… IMHO Nagato is the best of the interwar/smaller WW2 battleships, she’s only rivalled by things like Iowa, Yamato, H-39, Lion etc…
I also said if, I dont believe vanguard should get supercharges (I think idek at this point) partially because she shouldn’t be being added but also partially because it’s a very fast progression right now.
Like why are we adding Vanguard so soon, why was Scharn added so soon. I admit its hard for me to come up with a consistent opinion because the progression is such a damn shambles…
But I also think Japan can give everyone else a break now and let other trees be top dog for a bit… It’s not as if Amagi and Mutsu will sink into irrelevance.
In my ideal world this update would bring Richelieu, NoCal and Littorio. That is it. Maybe Gneisenau 15" but only if it got the nuked reload.
As I said its very, very hard to come up with an opinion, when gaijin also can’t make up their mind on anything consistent here.

Ok now I’m very excited for this.
The IRIS-T SLM is an actual upgrade over what we have in game. While the SLS is interesting, it’s not much better than the ItO or FlaRakRad in terms of range.
The SLM on the other hand is MUCH better. Very exciting stuff.
I’ve found it pretty easy. Gaijin doesn’t care about progression, so neither will I. Just give me Nagato and Richelieu regardless of what other countries have.
