Yup, I am hoping for a good bit of fun with it. Though also hoping for some other rank V/VI vehicles in the 6.0-9.0 region soon for the UK too ^^
I think people always forget about the early to mid cold war too much.
Air is the oldest part of the game which was quite far behind ground for some time. So naturally more recently its had some modern advancements to bring everyone up to speed. But aircraft of all ranks have still been introduced to the game over the past few years too.

If its anything other than 9.7 alongside the ICV then I would eb very concerned
The issue is we have nothing, absolutely no line up for it, meaning either using 9.0 tnaks like the Chieftain Mk10 or using it at 10.3/10.7 with the Challenger Mk2/Mk3.
Additions like the aforementioned would actually be at those BRs and thus be of greater value, yes you can scout, but I would rather be able to scout and kill things, otherwise I might as well just run the Desert Warrior or Stormer HVM to scout with
Exactly the reason I was asking lmao, the Vickers line has the Mk.7 @ 10.7, the TD/Warrior line has the DW @ 10.0, the South African line has the TTD @ 10.3. Considering comparable IFVs like the CTWV I/RCV (P)s, VCBI-2, & such sit at 9.7, I can’t see it going much higher than them and “capping off” any of those lines.

A reshuffle to fix the current mess of the South African line being the de-facto light tank line while also containing MBTs (Olifants and TTD), and tank destroyers (G6) would be a huge positive for the British tree.
The current implementation is getting messier with every addition.
Something along the lines of
Domestic MBTs | Foreign/Export MBTs | ATGMs/TDs | SPAA | Light Tanks
Would give every vehicle a defined place as well as open up space for much-requested vehicles like the British cold war lights; Scorpion 90, Saladin 90, Simba 90 etc etc.

It’s my favourite area to play tbh, so I’ve been a little disappointed previously. Eating well recently though.
Of course, still feels like a new top tier air vehicle gets added at least every 2nd patch.
In the mean time top tier ground is quite spar. And while of course many nations might struggle with top tier vehicles. Or the br range. Nations like USA, Ger and Russia are lacking A LOT of top tier vehicles.
USA and Russia already get a lot of attention because of air additions. But germany shines in ground. Yet has few high tier / top tier ground additions.
Most recent ones realy being the several different Spaa variants.
But a lot of unique older german mbt variants still exist.

Yeah but that would just be a rumored vehicle as they didn’t specifically say the stabilized one would come in the next update.

It’s a different design… but this kind of small difference has been overlooked in some vehicle models in the past. We’ll have to wait for more solid confirmation to say more.
So finally had a chance to compare to Hunter F1
Hunter F1 (spaded) vs HF-24 (stock)
Max Speed (sea level) 1,108 kph vs 1118 kph
Climb Rate 55 m/s vs 52.8 m/s
turn time: 31s vs 30.3s
Take off run: 820m vs 820m
Same main guns (though Hunter F1 has slightly more ammo) but the HF-24 has a decent secondary loadout.
So based upon that. the BR is wrong because its nearly as strong stock than the Hunter F1 is spaded. It will be 9.0 or maybe even 9.3. If it stays at 7.7 then every single British aircraft between 7.0 and 9.0 need to drop down to below 7.7 instantly

@Smin1080p_WT Recalling about that reshuffle conversation from earlier, here my thinking if SA were to be re-added like helicopters are atm. With this concept I’ve only added stuff from above rank V and you can ignore the Class 3P, I hope you can give your thoughts on this.
