So at 10.7 it would be an SPAA that would only be good at shooting down ordenance and aircraft within ~4km.
Hardly what I would call a good vehicle. I doubt Gaijin would tease new AA and just start with mid slop like that.

Anyway, a 10.7 IFV/SPAA that can multirole and is effective in dealing with incoming ordinance using AHEAD and any aircraft that is over-extending whilst also pushing an objective or flanking is a decent combo for both 10.7 and top tier.
Id kill for the Warrior Verdi II for that kind of multi-role IFV.
Fun fact, Thailand actually does have the Mauser BK-27 cannon in inventory now, just not used on the Alpha Jets but their Gripen C/D instead.

What do you mean multirole lmao? Have you seen the Type 630? It’s a bus with likely horrible depression. It’ll be free food for anything on the ground.
There’s Type 81 (C) at 11.7 which shoots down aircraft (but no helis) within ~6km on average but doesn’t shoot down ordnance or on the move or defend itself or have radar.
So as much as a stronger SAM for China is needed, I wouldn’t put it past Gaijin to mess this up too

Sounds like most IFVs to me, at least those that i’ve used.
I guess the Pantsir and Stormer AD are also great multi purpose IFV/SPAAs, so sure.
I was thinking more like the 2S38, Lvkv 9040C and LAV-AD.
All on smaller and far more manouvrable chassis.
And yes, I know the whole british suffers mentality, but if you consider the Type 630 a "good multirole IFV/SPAA"at 10.7, then so is the Stormer AD. Hell the Pantsir is likely a similar size and also has multiple cannons!

It depends on what ammo the Type 625E gets. But 25mm APDS might pen okay, at least vs other light tanks, I use the Stormer HVM for that all the time.
But what BR would you place the Type 625E at then?
Its way stronger than most 10.0/10.3 SPAA. Heck, it almost looks stronger than the ADATS at 11.7 with a E-Scan radar and 8x 10-17km missiles and a 25mm rapid firing gun with AHEAD. It would be immune to be attacked by AGM or GBUs if the player was good
