In some cases where I know i’ll need more armor I take the T-90M over the BVM. That turret aint no joke if you know how to deflect shots correctly (away from breech)

True, the real solution will be multi vehicle SAM mechanics that will hopefully equal out the fight. If done right, that is.
The 2A5 has DM53, the B3 has 3BM60.

292 uses 152mm gun while all common russian MBTs use 125mm
US and Germany both use 120mm
