With good Radar and flight performance.
And external stores would be 8xAIM-120s. And frankly I don’t think any amount of stealth would make that not ideal with how WT is set up

given that F-22 would likely be added with a nerfed stealth model if it is the first stealthfighter to be added, taking external missiles wouldnt be the worst idea but once it gets buffed with the inclusion of more stealth fighters then taking external weapons would be very unideal

Which came waaay later. F-15 was essentially a eurofighter in terms of tech and performance back way before it.
As far as i understand, IRST is limited by its radar platform. For air platforms most dont have the capability to easily lock a stealth craft at ranges that it would be effective at, and those that do have to engage in specific settings which produces more erroneous results. Ground launched platforms tho might be able to but im not too knowledgable on ground radar stations to say for sure

f15 was exported though
- M-scan in the big 2000’s
- Beaten in supersonic regime by F-22
- Beaten at low speed by F-22, Rafale, maybe hornet
F-15 has been consistently upgraded and went from pinnacle air superiority to extremely capable workhorse
just like the eurofighter

F-15 is the least interested US jet. Snooze fest all the way through.
The US has cooler and more interesting jets(no not the F-22) and plenty of other nations are cooler jets as well(and better looking)
