Well the FCS or track Radar will provide the data for the missile.
I wonder if the FCS Radar can also scan at the same time.
Unless the system is purely designed to be used in DL configuration
Yeah no I just use my eyes. I pretty much find TWS really hideous and I just use sort of PD + eyes + HMS so that I acquire the locks better.

This is what I do while in IRST mode, Lock the target in IRST mode switch to Radar mode send missile switch back

Nah don’t even mention, the search speed, data link (IK it’s not relevant in GRB), area (60*5 only same with every mode) and the fact that your entire thing rests on R77 makes it seem even worse. R27ER is fine but u have to guide it all the way and u can track when notching as well.

on the topic of SPAA, are there any changes that you know of regarding the smoke visuals from SAMs? Comparing the current visuals we have ingame to ones irl they should be producing a lot more smoke on its initial launch and through flight

Although… why is not every nation getting a new SPAA?
Like… Russia, i get that, but not giving Japan, Italy and Israël a long range spaa is just criminal

Considering that this is added in a tree where VT1 exists, pretty much every nation except Russia can expect a top tier AA from now on
(Especially Italy and Israel)

They have been pampered by gaijin for years now.
They were lazy doing another chassis for France and preferred to ctrl c, ctrl v, there is a french chassis with the whole system and would not be the same size as the finnish ito and end up getting smaller.
