So with 9M equivalent, it would all balance out to 12.3 for the F-5AG and F-20?

They found wild penguins and mounted them, what a sad yet awesome life for a penguin. Serious note i believe they did but even if they didn’t its not the first time gaijin wouldn’t give a jet items others used for balance though maybe the snail will

Thats again, IF it gets 4x missiles if not then it has no right being 12.0+ honestly with how poor its flight performance should be its hard to say whether it will be able to get nose on target against most 12.x fighters but we’ll see how the snail adds it.
AiM-9Li-1 are the Improved version of the AiM-9Li which is a 9L with a Diehl defence maodified IRCCM seeker
Li-1 has a Better IRCCM than Li but both still use a 9L motor
No because gaijin will add it with MS18 radar and it will be a nerfed and buggy mess like the current gripens.

yeah, the Jaguar IS is at 11.3 with two Magic 2s, it wouldn’t be unprecedented if it was down there in BR, and that thing, while a worse dogfighter does have better engines and way more CMs

It 's possible it might be similar to the Guardian Angel event which was rerun last year, or one of it 's unused alternate versions ( 1 / 2 ) in the files.
Atleast, those are the most similar multiplayer missions I can think of that have already been used ingame, to Oliviia 's description of the strbomb playtest:
They’ve recently announced plans for end-of-tree battleships and submarines, both of which are already present in Mobile. We’ve also had a few situations where ships appeared in WT 's files( but weren’t added ) before becoming playable in Mobile first, namely Tirpitz and the Stalingrad battlecruiser. link
There 's also already been times when ships in Mobile have come to WT, the aircraft carriers HMS Illustrious(87) and USS Lexington(CV-2) and the Type 7 submarine.
As for missile ships w/ dedicated AShM 's, we’ve been told they’re not planned for the near future. At the same time, we’ve seen for years that these kinds of weapons have been developed, some recently being added to Mobile( RIM-7 Sea Sparrow, 9M330 ) and some in advance of what WTM has ( Type 90 SSM, OTOMAT ).
So if the current plan is for the last battleships to, at minimum, begin to make their appearances this year, it makes sense that the ships which will follow them( as there 's no reason to believe the addition of naval vehicles will cease at the logical conclusion of this one vehicle class ) are in some form of development already.
Things standing as they are, there 's already a number of Mobile 's missile ships that I don’t believe would be able to match battleships in BR if dropped into matches tonight, w/ the attendant differences between WTM 's and WT 's modelling of damage output/counter-repairing in mind.

Honestly i dont think it should be in the 12.x bracket if it has only 2 missiles considering it will be one of the weakest chassis’ if not the weakest at its BR. It’ll be almost sub mach with only missiles at low alt
Honest opinion id take the F20 or most 11.3 fighters over this if it only has 2 missiles, poor speed will kill this thing considering it has to run CM pods for countermeasures meaning even more drag

The lower it goes the better my chances of winning this bet, any aircraft at 11.3 - 11.7 with IRCCM will be pretty good
Again we will see, like i said, not a hard challenge to be the best Rank 7 jet on sweden considering the majority of the TT is sub par lol
Realistically this thing will probably be worthless in Air RB and be better in GRB as a CAP jet, i would say CAS but since it has 1 Penguin and thats it eh? Maybe it might be better than the AJS37 since that thing doesn’t have thermals but we’ll see
If it’s only got 2 missiles then for air RB while it won’t get you a lot of kills, it should be a pretty consistent way to get 1 or 2, same for ground potentially, but that depends on how the penguin ends up working, it should be good for CAP though, even if it doesn’t get a smokeless motor for the AIM-9s, IRCCM so low will make getting air kills pretty easy
Eh, thing depends on getting to the side or behind your opponents. Additionally since you’ll be fairly slow it means side shots will need to be done at closer ranges lest the targets outspeeds it. Regardless i feel not having nose authority could really hurt its performance, again we will have to see if gaijin makes it a clone of the F5A on the US or if they actually model the reinforced wings and added weight from all the upgrades.
Big question is whether gaijin gives it the US treatment and gives it the interal CM’s and then lets it keep its Samovar pods
Depends on how you define ‘beat’, it’ll certainly be more competitive though
Considering it has a better radar thats one aspect but since the argument is immediately felled by the fact that it could only be added with AIM 120 it means nothing
Regardless the Gripen E focused on EW since thats its main system, so while you have a better long distance kit than the EFT you also get the versatility of the Rafale in terms of missiles for both BVR and WVR, so its in the middle between the two in terms of performance.

F5A comes in at 11.3 before a few weeks after event going up to 12.3 (snails gotta get people somewhat interested in something thats looking like a very easy skip for 90% of players)
