Imagine real AHEAD capability being added with a dedicated spaa thats developed for it
when AI infantry or light vehicles/emplacements are added to some ground modes
Where Typhoon cost 800 Su34 cost almost 1000.
In terms of required cost there is 20% difference which is quite big considering the loadouts and abilities.
one man server meltdown xD
hellfires on US Stryker SPAA could be good if they give AGM-114R-4
IM-SHORAD
What does the F18C use for the US? The Fins use LITENING AT
we use those too, but have more variants of Litening.
not really familiar with the differences between them though, but i think they rougly corresponds to Litenig III/IV/V depending on which one
Its likely gaijin will just reuse LITENING II rather than make something new tbh
Litening AT is a Litening II variant
Welp that shows my CAS knowledge lol
maybe we will get Litening AT as its used by both hornets and is a litening 2 variant (probably improved) like KhorneFlakez said
How big a difference is a better targeting pod going to make, given the in-game limit of 20km irrespective of actual capability?
Depends on if they have China or Russia on the enemy team
better image quality i guess? some of the newer ones have a2g radars built in apparently
Yeah, the AT is the most advanced version of the Litening II with a better resolution, but afaik that wouldn’t matter ingame.
The AT also has other improvements, but none of those would matter ingame either.
Around what time can i look forward to the possible teaser?
Probably Thursday or Friday
if only they revamped TGP mechanics like 20km range cap
i think its about time for basic a2a and a2g datalink tbh, and more detailed mechanics regarding a2g stuff in general to make stuff like Litening AT more meaningful
The thing is, if they made these mechanics more realistic you would have extremely low resolutions for most of the TGPs currently in the game. The current resolutions are drastically improved over what most of the pods had IRL.
Sounds good to me
