America - GUARANTEED to have a Tech Tree F/A-18 (because it’s their jet)
Sweden - Very good chance their F/A-18 is Tech Tree because the Finnish tree is missing a capstone, and Sweden as a whole isn’t boasting many top tier jets.
Germany - Coin toss
Britain - Coin toss
Italy - (unlikely to even get one, but if they do it’s a good chance at being a premium)

Yeah 13.3 wouldn’t be surprising.
If they add in a bog standard initial production F/A-18E with APG-73, AIM-120B and 9M right now it would be 13.7
If they add the modern one with APG-79, AIM-120D and AIM-9X then we will be looking at 14.7 (this of course while the Typhoon is 15.7)

VERY UNLIKELY but not impossible. Spain hasn’t been mentioned as a potential tree, Spain has shown no signs of being added any time soon, Spain doesn’t have enough to warrant a separate tree, and the one Spanish vehicle in this entire game is in the Italian tech tree.
So while the odds are low as hell, they’re not zero. I listed it because god forbid you leave even the 1% chances out of the discussion, then people complain. But I guess people complain either way in this forum.

Im gonna be sad if we dont get neat camos on all the hornets. I know the US will have a few but i doubt we’ll see any if the swiss or finnish tail art considering most export vehicles dont get alt camos
