I could see tanks being a little more difficult to implement, sure. But planes and naval, would be far easier than having to add a complex F-22 or RU equivalent.
Yes however these are so minimally different I feel like I could just be added in as skins or not at all.

Well, you can have rules for that kind of stuff, no need to outright ban it. Not all one-offs and testbeds are bad.

There won’t be an Australian KF-41 in the game, not without an Australian TT, as that is the only way an Aussie-flagged KF-41 would come to the game.
After all tested things, that weren’t put into service are added to its maker nation has the flag of the maker nation.

Because technology and people can fail and this can lead to deaths and destruction these do not make the aircraft good or bad.

Yes but I don’t want to have a f16 in the USSR tech tree of a Su27 in the US. I agree some things are good but others need to be left out like the examples I gave above.

Stuff like F-15SE and YF-22 and YF-23 should be allowed imo
I’m meaning testbeds as taking another countries tank or aircraft and putting weapons on it.

That’s fair, I wouldn’t want those either. Captured and lend-lease stuff definitely should be a no-no unless it has some very good arguments going for it (like the Tirans for Israel)

There is a Greek one which is likely to be ordered, and Poland are going to be testing them, obviously not available yet, but there are some distinct advantages to both, there is already a German, Polish connection in the tree with the Leopard 2 for Poland, and the Greek one would be a real service vehicle, not just a failed bid.
If they are going to add the Australian model, I’d at least rather them do it under the German flag, given that Australia never ordered them and I’m against splitting nations up, adding it under the Australian flag would just be unfortunate, and they were German owned vehicles, with German crews from what I remember
