well… They are really good SPAA units…
GB has gotten Gripens, Typhoons, a Fox and an Aardvark as well…
Survive past 5min in a match and quite often you get the small matches everyone wants. 2v2, 3v3 ext…but it also often is A symmetrical 3v1 or worse…the challenge is worth it if you play hard to win 😎
Cool, two SPAAs, a Gripen (also, that isn’t recent anymore at this point) and an Aardvark we didn’t ask for and the Fox (which I don’t care for, but people wanted, I guess).
That leaves the Typhoon, which is more like a shared meal for the “eating well” analogy tbh and the highlight, the Stormer AD.

odd- a handful of suggestions says otherwise. I recall the F-111K was heavily asked for, and the Aussie one is a welcome(and liked) replacement

tbh I dont see why people wanted the Vark to begin with, that role for britain is filled by the Tornado-

Very true.
It does have a ton more flares and chaff which make it more effective in ASB, it is the better Vark for sim because of that. This is true because 1 you shouldn’t be dogfighting a vark in sim and 2 acceleration doesn’t matter as much because the maps are larger.

Yeah but the Vark can carry way more.
I mean if you want to fly like a pig and have a tonne of CMs then the Tornado is the aircraft of choice

Yeah i’m not saying it’s the best but it makes it better than the american ones in sim which is annoying sometimes.
more what? The max ordinance is 12,000lbs for both, and the Tornado has arguably better guided weapons

Counter measures right also aren’t they single pop large so they are super good? I mean my strategy with the A variant in sim is to flare the enemy missiles in the head on and run away when they turn around and sense you have more flares with the British one you can dodge more missiles effectively.
Sure, having more is always good, but ever since the Tornado got the chaff pods I haven’t had trouble with the slightly more limited amount of flares.

Also, the GR.4 is in the same bracket and that has more than twice the CM (not just chaff) count of the F-111C
