Because the miniscule performance of a slightly better turning 9L warrants being higher.
Realistically its because the US is filled with noobs and has way more people playing the F16A

to be fair i forgor they raised those planes brs but F16A would be fine at 12.7 if it got some flare pods or something
the p3 also goes mach 3.5 to the 9L’s mach 2.5
because the Python 3 is a much better missile than the 9L, like that thing is on par with the Sparrow F-16s, at least from my experience
also name some full uptiers that are actually reasonable, most are god awful

mfw F-104 ASA is only 0.3 BR lower than the F-16A.

whats even 11.3 nowadays
F-4E has better long range missiles, worse IR, and more flares, but also wayyy worse FM. which isnt half bad considering its a full BR below the F-16A

Doesn’t matter since both vehicles are normally hugging the deck and firing at close range. Its pretty risky to try a high alt launch from above with sarh aircraft, though not like their are many that have missiles that will catch a semi competent pilot
how does a 750+ mph difference not matter? even at deck this is in favor of p3

Quite a few fighters but many of them are limited by number of missiles compared to the 11.7’s realistically nothing that great is at 11.3
What? Not a single one of those should be meeting F-16s
i have beaten F16s in F4E so its not immpossible
