The Python 3/PL-8 doesn’t have IRCCM though, PL-8B does.
You can only adjust the flare resistance by so much.

“Tactical bomber”: an aircraft designed for tactical bombing as opposed to strategic bombing. Smaller, lighter, cheaper, carries a lighter payload, but still a bomber aircraft. A tactical bomber’s missions do not include air defense or air superiority.
The Strike Eagle is a multirole aircraft. Not a tactical bomber.

It has a 9L seeker effectively, no IRCCM, and at that BR it should have IRCCM, so PL-5E-II or the PL-8B are the minimum it should have

Yeah. But the flare resistance of Python 3 /9L is underperforming against afterburning targets. It’s the fact that afterburners are too cold. British tests (yes I know documenting lies) of a 9L proved that against a MiG-21 there’s a 10° cone out the back where the flares are useless.
Given how many noobs play the US. The F15E is very likely to go down in BR considering how many if them have no idea how to notch or fight back. Id keep them at 14.3 if that is where the EFT/Rafale were going but i dont balance on statistics because that is a silly system that favors bigger nations.
Id love for a different air mode with either guns only or Fox-1 and 2 gameplay only

Absolutely. But think of it this way, the F-15E can perform the role of the F-111, but the F-111 (as built) could not perform the role of the F-15E.
i put a guns only mode in suggestion box its inteneded goal is to be like naval EC fox 1 and 2 suggestion will be in future if this gets approved
My favourite example, the F-15A not going up when every other top tier plane did.
But the F-16A going down in the most recent BR changes is also a good one lmao
F16A was fighting F15C with fox-3 not balanced
i know, thats just the natural progression of aircraft from 3rd to 4th gen. but yeah did have a2a capability being an F-15 and all

Eh F15A is on par with the JAS39A and Su-27 imo. I have them and id say for the current Meta, 1st is Su-27, 2nd is F15A and 3rd is JAS39A. Not having long distance Sarh missiles makes that BR unplayable in an uptier. The F15A is pretty solid and well rounded imo
i mean all it has is aim9Ls and the 11.3s all have better missiles for bvr wise for example F4S with aim 7F or mig23 r24R

Also, why didn’t the Netz go down as well then, if the 11.3s are so competitive compared to F-16s?
