fun fact btw, the canards of that prototype were modified F/A-18 horizontal stabilizers which is why they were so huge

since 2020 ive been wondering if you guys will ever find a way to get custom skins on xbox id love that you add like a ingame paint booth like forza but for jets with like a community thing and stuff

I’ve participated in the development of a small online game that had already existed for years, when I joined the community was already saying the game was dying and devs were ruining it and leading it to the wall and servers would be dead in few monthes. I participated in development for around a year before leaving project, community was still saying the same, two years later this game is still as active

Custom content and it’s moderation on platforms (what can be accepted and how) is always a bit of a challenge.
But we are always working with our partners for any new developments we can make, where it is possible to do so of course.

People forget that things on console need to go through an extra approval process not just a thumbs up from you (gaijin)

if you guys make this successfully id be very happy for a future update it would probably drive quite a bit new players too as you see its a big thing in many games people just painting cars and stuff like that hencee why i dont see why it cant happen in the future

Microsoft wouldnt disapprove but its mostly just a lot of waiting.
Also theyd need to create some tool in game for PC skin devs to put their skins in to a console database.
Best way to go about this would be an in game user skin database, but thats a task on its own.
