incorrect, Canada wouldn’t buy the CF-188 if it was fully US-made.
All in order for Canada to use the hornet supply lines needed to be open in Canada. So all legacy hornets including the US ones were in part built by Canada
That doesn’t mean it is a British Air Force, or part of it. They are their own Air Force.

If you look at the company wiki page and their products it will says ASSEMBLED, and that all the parts came from the US
