J-11B isnt copy paste, different weapons and radar compared to Su-27
maybe different engines but not sure

better engines wont save you from getting dogged on by f15

speaking of which, id like to see F-15C get APG-63v3 radar as new vehicle at 14.0 or added to current one and then that gets moved up
