Reliable leaker changed profile pic to an image of a hornet’s eye.
Gszabi confirms that the update is cooking.
Last year’s March update started dev blogs in the third full week of February, so we’ll start seeing them (and potentially leaks) next week most likely.
Nothing huge, but things are probably about to get interesting next week.
They are put on a lot of IFV made for frontline combat against Russian forces, and have APFSDS so I’d say that they were made with destroying tanks in mind
the darts on the autocannons are primarily meant to combat light enemy armor, stuff like enemy APC’s and IFV’s that have stuff like applique or reactive armor. It has the potential capability to penetrate MBT’s but they arent designed to.
Most of the ammunition they have for these guns is meant to be used against lightly armored or unarmored targets like trucks, personnel or other IFVs.
The main reason they even have APFSDS for it is that the gun uses the same ammo as the GAU-8. The main use-case for those rounds would be against boats and better armored IFVs/APCs.
Cheers, looking forward to the leaks, expecting to be disappointed, Hornet will give me a reason to grind US though and now that the F-20 has dropped in BR I figure that might be a fun way to do it
Honestly i would like to see the A-4M be added for US within this year, hoping its at least the early A-4M this update and late one sometime in the future
I hope that China and Japan are getting an equivalent fighter of the Su-30, F-18, Eurofighter and Rafale…
Since an F-15 and Mig-29 aren’t really an equivalent, especially not CAS wise. They have NO guided air to ground ordnance.
Well, its cooking.
This update is sertainly going to be spicy, just not for every nation. (As for now, the nations who are always neglected, are still in a sad place (AFAIK)).
i mean the F-16 OCU has guided air to ground ordinance but its pretty much the worst F-16. The F-2 tho if added would be an appropriate top tier addition for CAS stuff for Japan
