That will take some time but pretty important for dedicated bombers or cas which are a good portion of the game. As of right now id suggest get a good increase on player kill rewards, incentivizing most players to do air to air engagements while dedicated CAS can grind by bombing

i am aware, those more to point out that on who is who only smin is named as community manager but here way more people and generaly no differentiation between the roles

That is not the case, there are 3 CM named there, each for different parts like Bug reports, forum mods, national mods etc. And well Stona Smin Orson and Magazine are the most active out of CMs, i have never seen rest of them.
