Now the thing of the P.1000 is a joke but thats basically the jest of the tank.
Doubt the Thai OCU is a replacement for it. It’s the worst of the Thai F-16 bunch, but still quite a bit better than the AJ in every way, resulting in higher BR.
In air battles historically it should lose AMRAAM and be 13.0 with just 9M since it couldn’t use AMRAAM at all. This is close, to the AJ, but still doesn’t quite fill the hole considering there is another 13.0 fighter, but without the AJ no 12.7
In ground battles it’s already 12.7 (compared to the AJs 12.0) while also still underperforming, missing GBU-16, AGM-65G/G-2, wing kits for the GBU-12 and KGGB. It’s also weirdly limited to 6 Mavericks at a time, when in theory there is nothing stopping 8. So once all of those things are fixed it will be everything but the 12.0 of the F-16AJ
I’d still like to see a replacement for it. Singapore has in my opinion the most ideal replacement F-16A, though Indonesia could also do it.
Thailand might be able to provide the F-16A Block 10 as well, but that is semi-historical with both of their Block 10 airframes limited for spare parts use and only painted in Thai air force colors later for museum display.

Issue with the Thai ADF is that it went through the same modification as the Italian ADF, meaning it can’t carry AIM-7 anymore. While Gaijin ignored this for Italy, I’d rather have that fixed than repeated.
It was a dedicated AMRAAM carrier in Thai service, since it was their first AMRAAM carrier and used as dedicated interceptor F-16. In Thai service it used AIM-9P/P-4/M and AIM-120C-5/C-7

I mean hey, I’ve heard rumors that Fine Molds also has footage of the tank during its automotive testing, so with that in mind it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re rebuilding the thing in a warehouse somewhere.
