Probably won’t see next gen IR missiles until December at the earliest, C-5 for TT could work though, there has been a bit of a push for better Fox3s

was there anything between the 9m and the 9x
there seems to be a lot of missing letters
its an f-18a, itll probably barely break mach with all 10 AIM-120A
They could add the A-6F as a premium, given that it was built but never put into service, it wouldn’t take anything away from the TT.
We do need a TT A-6 though, like really bad
there was the AIM-9R iirc, and better versions of the AIM-9M like 9M-8/9/10

they only built 5, it would be better as a premium/event vehicle

There was the cancelled AIM-9R and the non-IRCCM AIM-9S
I only know the AIM9S but IIRC that was really similar in performance to the AIM9M and meant for export
Their AMRAAMs will kill me without a warning tho, because they are coming from teammates and my RWR has IFF

If they hadn’t already added the F-20, I’d suggest that with AMRAAMs, unfortunately it’s just gonna stay there, same BR as an F-16A, and objectively worse in every way

That sucks because the only hyper maneuverable missile they are US will get next is the 9X, I wish we had something like the R-73 with thrust vectoring

Really? I think only the Japanese one had actual ‘combat’ aircraft, most others are one off recon stuff.
AIM47 + ANAWG9 equivalent? Sort of like a MiG25 for US.
Only 3 missiles though. And turns in a country mile.
