No it isn’t, Russia doesn’t magically get eastern german or hungarian Mig-29s for your same reasoning do they?
I mean if for no other the F-15QA and F-15SA won’t be added for the same reason the F-16C Block 30 wasn’t, it’s not different enough to be worth it

It’s literally nothing more than a waste of dev time, and i highly doubt quartas here will even play them because they are flat out worse than the EX
since there is germany and Hungary as TT and sub-TT
That is debatable for one, and if it was, it would just be a replacement for the current F-16C Block 50, and we’d still most likely get the AESA upgraded F-16C next anyways
