because derbies are some mid
Again Gripens tend to play to mid alt engagements where you hunt the players heading into the middle of the map. Average range of 20-14km Darter/Derby perform better than aim 120 because they can turn and intercept better at high speed. Again the best Gripen C isnt one with 120 because the meta shifted. Alt climbing is not something a gripen can do because its the slowest 13.7
All gripens have 4 Fox 3, they have the least amount of missiles at top tier.
Again it’s just funny to me that the Barak II got moved down while having more of the same missiles than the SAAF Gripen-C. I’d prefer it if both were still 13.7 and we decompressed instead, but Gaijin will be Gaijin.

But Block 3 would be 15.0+
I’m not sure Block 3F or Block 4 standard

VT-4 is rated for 600mm KE (hull and turret) without ERA, turret of the Thai VT-4 in particular is 750 KE, FY-II ERA is noted to be installed.
The regions with composite armor coverage will at least stop all the tank-fired APFSDS projectiles that we have ingame… If the VT-4 was modeled better than what it is now. Thai VT-4 would be a worthwhile addition for Japan if this was the case.

what makes it 14.3?
a block 2 could easily be 14.0 since rafale has an AESA at that BR on a much more a2a focused airframe, let alone a block 1
Weaponry. There’s currently no reason to believe that when the Super Hornet does come, it won’t come with better missiles like the AIM-9X bl 1 and AIM-120C-5.
Other than the fact that gaijin has denied advanced fox 2s for now and the 120c5 is probably a bit to op for now aswell

No, it’s not. The speed and range advantage over the AIM-120A/B wouldn’t make a massive difference, and it would have worse manoeuvrability.

Gaijin could add the trailer variant of HQ-7B. They will probably add the trailer with the radar vehicle.
Nothing i never thought the f18e would come anytime soon but they were talking as if it were which is why i said what i said and also thank you for the information i was under the assumption that the 120c5 was super good because of the way they were talking about it

I think it’s made up by a Chinese guy, the earliest post I found is in Chinese forum. he randomly chose HQ-7B, though it’s reasonable as a test vehicle, I think it’s chosen because it’s widely discussed before.
