turns out i was wrong about the amraams, i misread the a-darter, it sadly cant carry radar missiles
but i still think it would be stupidly funnily if it gets asraams and is like 11.7 or smth, because i would use it so much for the funny
As a German main, we don’t claim him.
Bro is too far gone to be recovered
Also the DF-105 is 8.0 :p
Apart from that its still accurate, and having German teammates is a massive negative

Has a compact F-16A radar
WAIT ITS BEEN PASSED!!! OH MY GOD WE MAY GET A HAWK… in 20 years
not sure why the non asraam varient is so high, its a subsonic
Britain just seems like a proper home for Canadian SPAA I guess lol
The Skink (US getting the Skink is blatant lazy C&P), CANADATS, so the LAV AA makes sense.
so its basically a subsonic f16a but with cooler missiels
fun fact, britian made a adats varient.

Introduction: The BAE Hawk represents one of the biggest success stories of postwar British aviation, being sold in various guises all over the world, serving as the reliable workhorse of various air forces.

Background: The first whispers of a new jet trainer were heard in the late 1960’s. The Jaguar T.2 had recently entered service, but it was found to be too complicated and expensive in its role as a replacement for the Hunter T.7 and Gnat T.1 in RAF service. An additional probl…

Introduction: In the world of aviation, very little gives a sense of pride of one’s own airforce more than looking at a show, filled with stunning displays and intricate manoeuvres, of their display team. These display teams are essentially the ambassadors of the airforce to the local and international audience, instilling a sense of pride, as well as showing off the rigorous training the airmen go through in order to make such complex displays work. Few display teams do this as well as the…

Introduction: The BAE Hawk was a highly reliable trainer that served the RAF and many airforces around the world quite well, combining great reliability, with ease of maintenance, cost effectiveness and good performance characteristics. It was due to these reasons why it became such a sought after aircraft. However, by the 1980’s, it became clear that it was necessary to upgrade the aircraft in order to keep it as up to date as possible. This eventually led to the Hawk 100.

Hawk 200 Night Attack
Hello! and welcome to my suggestion for the Night attack version of the Hawk 200, a prototype variant that replaced the Radar with a Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) camera for improved night operations capabilities, I feel that this could come to game as a 10.7 Attack aircraft to compete with the A-10 and Su-25.
History
Spoiler The Hawk 200s story originates as an attempt to make a fully capable combat variant of the immensely popular Hawk Trainer aircraft,…

BAE Hawk 203
Hello and welcome to my suggestion for the Hawk 203! The version of the Hawk 200 designed to be exported to the Royal Air Force of Oman. I feel this has a strong precedent to come to game as it is a mainstay of the RAFO and is also the Hawk 200 with the strongest connection to the UK.
History
Spoiler In the Late 80s it was clear that the RAFOs ageing Hunters were nearing complete obsoletion, their airframes were worn and their weapons systems were completely outdat…

Ironically, not really. I could talk far more about the Harrier, Tornado or Jaguar than the Hawk. Its an aircraft I dont know much about, which is why I linked to the suggestions instead of going by my knowledge, what I know is from reading them or speaking with their creators

I’d play the hell out of the MKI with indigenous Indian and British missiles (ASTRA and ASRAAM etc) as well as the other Indian upgrades. At that point its just as unique (if not more) than one of China’s flankers for example.

What CN flankers lack in uniqueness, they will make up for it in performance though. Provided Gaijin doesn’t model something like J-16 incorrectly, it will be one of the best fighters for BVR.

The J-16 may very well be the best Flanker, in fact, and even if it isn’t, China will still get the Su-35S.
Su-35S will be more maneuverable than the J-16, although that wouldn’t mean too much for the air RB environment. A pilot flying J-16 said that his dream Flanker would be combining avionics, radar of the J-16 and TVC AL-41F1S engines of the Su-35S.

The PL-10 and PL-21 alone should make it better.
