The more I hear about the F-117 the more like a mene vehicle it sounds, and I love me some meme vehicles.

One of the biggest missed opportunities from Gaijin of recent times is not throwing in the XF-2A with APG-68 with AAM-3s and AIM-7Ms for Air Superiority update while everyone else had F-15As. Then come Seek and Destroy, they could have added the F-15J(M) (just calling it F-15J).
I know they had to add the AJ because Japan needed CAS, but now with the Thai F-5, we don’t really need the AJ anymore as it does not do much better at top tier in ARH filled lobbies against Pantsirs anyway.

My issue is I still haven’t found that variant of the XF-2 with countermeasures, and since it’s a complete prototype with a production unit [F-2], that means it can’t get the Kikka treatment.

You don’t. The mavericks do not require CFTs. The AMRAAMS do not require CFTs. The centerline GBUs do not require CFTs. And now that I think about it, the quad rack SDBs have been flown centerline as well, so that’s 6x AGM-65s, 4x SDBs, and 4x AIM-120s without CFTs
So Taiwan, with it’s F-16’s and M1 Abrams are the only non Sino-Soviet equipment at 10.7+? Indonesia is definitely neutral if not historically (at times) and presently friendly to China.
Japan getting Thailand and Singapore is already plenty to flesh that tree out, is it not?

Won’t need it though, there is the AGM-124 & AGM-187A the latter is mounted on the BRU-61/A which are basically their US counterparts (but better), which each carry 4x AGM-187A, GBU-39/B, or GBU-53/B.
Of which the F-15E can take 7x BRU-61 + stations remaining for additional ordnance
F-16C either 2 or 4x, not entirely sure of they can replace the fuel tanks
A-10C with 4x visually confirmed, though articles mention a 6x configuration

I don’t know about the EW on the EFT, but we’ve seen multiple occasions now where Flankers have appeared out of nowhere, whilst sporting Khibniy pods, one was even against the vaunted F-35.
I’m not saying the F-35 isn’t great (F-22 is top dog in RCS), but we just don’t know how things stack up. No one has tried operating against S-400, 500, or 550 yet, and Russia has yet to explore targeting NATO assets (within large ground-based radar range) with it’s more advanced AD.
Much like the Serbians got a lucky blind shot cranking the fq on their old S-125’s on the F-117, the “impossible” is possible. This is especially the case with Russian AD which is (when compared to western AD like Patriot, David’s Sling, Iron Dome, etc.) superior to it’s Western compatriots (no AD is perfect, but Russia’s numbers are good).
Ultimately, we’re dick-measuring things that no one will ever (hopefully) know.
EFT better than Su-35? Maybe? Better than first gen jammers on the original production Su-27’s? Certainly.
I have a hunch (hope I’m wrong) that the Italian and German Osa’s will have the same range, as the later Romanian Osa’s were upgraded to the M model well after 1991 (not that that means anything to the devs, but does seem to be a factor).

I have some disagree in “latest vehicle” though, Gaijin mainly speedrun to add the top br vehicles. the lower br is more random.
I checked PLZ-45’s information, and found that I forget it’s half auto loading, and old type hull, then it will be enough difference to be a new enough vehicle.
