I do not defend the AJ, I also don’t think the solution is to continue to perpetuate the problem.
You’re trying to die on a hill over a plane you wont even use because you know it’s ass.

F-15E if added with the right loadout, could fix USA wr by pure CAS (probably not)
i mean if they gave it the FULL loadout (no modern stuff like 9x or even 120c, just the big AGM it was meant to carry)… it might

Was rushed in my initial post.
My post was not an assumption of version or otherwise.
Just a potential reality.
It is entirely possible we get a later F-15E, it’s possible we get the first iteration.
And as for the comparison to Tornado IDS:
F-15E is a heavy beast, and with CAS-mode, its maneuverability is ~13 degrees per second [conformal tanks attached as required] before weapon systems.
Of course you can choose to bring only wing CAS options if you want, but your loadout is inferior to F-16C.
Cause Gaijin had no plans for a Japanese sub tree at the time.
Decisions based on lack of information happen sometimes, and that’ll be corrected in the future.

Just funny how people come up with the question of need for everything.
I mean in the last update the US had,
AV-8 (premium)
A-10C
F-111F
In this one they will get,
F-15C
F-117
But yet in last update and this we only had the F-111C and the upcoming Tornado G.R.4.
I’m sure the US players really need to educate us on what we “need” hehe
CFTs are not required for 6x AGM-65s and up to a 2000lb GBU centerline, while still carrying 4x AIM-120s

It will be removed when there are better options. It was added to fill a gap, especially with CAS. Britain doesn’t have this problem. Why even add the F-117??

It is required if you want a CAS loadout that’s better than F-16C’s.
I can see many people already running F-16C + AV-8B passing on F-15E cause that’s 2.5 mil SL of prep to do the same thing as F-16C or more if they choose a weaker performance.
F15E but yeah, i think they will give it agm 130 to give it a real advantage and make it end of line worthy.
Also the 111C and F were pretty overdue imo, A-10C was pretty DOA in its intended role, and as for the av8 it serves only to give a premium jdam platform and to pull in profit.

Aye agree plus I won’t be surprised if the Hornet came in the next update which realistic vould also be why they put the F-117 as a Squadron
im almost certain of hornet december. personally id rather have f117 not be sqv since theres much better options but it makes it acessible for data

I’m kinda happy the F-117 will be SQV. As I’ve always liked how it looks and it will be somewhat easy to get.
Tho I might just be the crazy one as I like Western stealth jet designs.
