Seeing as “their counterpart” isn’t in game yet, it’s not too suprising.
Gaijin likes stretching content out, so it’s in their interest to not release the 18C yet.

I think it’s something like “there are so much new things to make, f-18 can wait"
it’s impossible for them not knowing how many people like this bug, but they need to spare resources to keep every one entertained with new things.
They really like spreading out content. The 18C can be added for at least the US and Sweden (Finland), so seeing how little 4th gen jets Sweden has left (and how many support aircraft can be added to the US in the mean time) it’s understandable that they’ll wait with adding the 18C.
We’ve never had 3 Rank VII fighters before what Britian got last major. So it’s absolutely not a normal number.
True when it comes to Rank, but point still stands for performance, hahah
Not one of those planes is remotely close in capabilities to J-11, J-10 or JF-17
Closest thing I can remember was when U.S for F-16A and F-16ADF at the same time
I’m not gonna complain its about damn time China got some domestic Chinese vehicles and some of them that are not just that but also good aircraft (6 PL-12 is very exciting).
Gaijin can’t do anything about some of Britain’s questionable modernisation choices.
That said it would be nice for Germany to get a Swiss F-18 when that aircraft comes to game.
I don’t view these as mutually exclusive things.
I just hope Ground China gets as much love as air seems to be getting!
Leaked ZTZ99A remodel sounds very nice; but WZ and VT also need many fixes and are missing spall liners too. I hope all of it is addressed!
It might sound good, but i would like to remind you how the last one went.
Yeah I was gonna say the same thing, the actual audacity people have to say that the US should have Canada as a sub tree smh.
As far as anything goes, the vehicles such as the Ram variants and the CF-100 series, alongside any Canadian ships/boats, have been stated they’re going to Britain.
Legit the only thing the US could get is the LAV-III and such, Coyote/Bison/etc.
US sure as hell isn’t getting a Canadian Leopard.
It looks like CN got several planes at once, which is good
So will ~~can GER have a chance to get multiple variants of a nice ground vehicle at once, as it did three years ago?
If they would just add the appropriate counterparts to the 2A7s/Strv 122s a lot less people would be asking for Leopards in their tree.
Yeah that’s fair enough.
Only real thing stopping Gaijin from adding better Leopards for Germany is just laziness really.
Edit: I have misread the original statement rip
I like to think that they have a extremely small sense of balance left that stops them from adding more better Leopards to Sweden and Germany.
I guess J-10 limited SARH PL-11. Maybe J-10 "1001” prototype or J-10S ?
What statement are you referring to? One of the Rams already is in the US tree
At this point, I’m just going to assume those asking for Canada are asking for Spifres and Leos.
I said it before and I’ll say it again about 60-70% of Canada’s Aircraft C&P is Spitfires.
If the US wants LAVs they can get their own which they have like 70 variants of each. LAV-25(LAV-II) and Stryker(LAV-III), no need for the Canadian ones and if they want premium and events they have other nations who operate the US LAV variants.
The only good places for Canada as a home are:
A) independent/something with the ANZACs
B) with the UK (As I pointed out most of the C&P was also used by the UK or is British of origin and would force Gaijin to add its more unique stuff rather than just C&P)
Where?
not as epic as the wiesel trio when it got added
If the base JH-7 is coming as a premium, maybe it 's Rank 7 rather than being Rank 8 - the JH-7A is already the lowest BR aircraft in Rank 8 while having better AAM 's and a2g capability.
