Many nation need new anti air at top tier though. Mainly japan, israel, italy and germany. Britain and US more or less aswell (technically they have no anti air)

For the first point, we don’t know when, and for the second, the FlaRakRad has two ready to fire missiles. The ItO 90M has eight.

They don’t format the designation like that, it’s either JAS 39C or JAS39C, not JAS-39C
Also, they did at least 10 test flights with a single Gripen C or D, so apparently that’s fair game
