We don’t know this for sure I think.
Since the Nation is also masked it could be Germany or Italy.
If you look at the Ground Vehicles you see only Japan is missing and is masked but it’s at the end of the list.

Move Hunter F1 to 8.7
Move Hunter FGA9 to 9.0 + add some interesting A2G?
Move Hunter F6 to 9.3 (for now) or leave at 9.7 but fix/finish SRAAMs so they are IRL performance.
